Return Policy

If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the shipping costs. Your refund will consist of the original purchase price minus any shipping charges that we incurred when we shipped your order. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. You have 15 days from the day you receive your order to return a defective product. You must email us within this period of time explaining why you believe the product is defective before returning the product to us. Freight damage claims must be filed with the carrier.

There are no returns on non-defective products. Assembled and personalized favors are non-refundable/non-returnable.
